Murray Health Voices

We want to hear from you about your health. Your experience matters to us.
Complete the form below to register, or continuing reading for more information.

Murray PHN’s role is to hear, understand and address the health needs of our communities from Mildura down to Woodend, across to Seymour and up to Albury. To do this effectively, we want to hear from people who use services and those who work in them. Click here to see a map of our Health Voices and make sure your community is being heard - last updated 18 September, 2017.

Why we want to hear from you

We are working towards health care that is designed around the needs of people and want to understand things like: what’s working well and what isn’t, things that make accessing services difficult and ideas for future improvements.

We want people to receive the right care, in the right place and at the right time. We will invest in primary care based on data, best practice and local knowledge that will influence changes to the health system.

Get involved

Register below to be part of Murray Health Voices. You will be asked a small number of questions via an email or text message every now and again. We will never identify you, unless we ask your permission first. We will let you know what we have heard from you and others, and how we are using this knowledge to inform our work. By sharing your experiences, you can help shape future health services within your community.

Help spread the word

Encourage your family, friends, colleagues and customers to register for this important initiative by using the resources below. For further information e: communications@murrayphn.org.au
