Murray HealthPathways is an online platform that provides real-time clinical information, referral details and other resources free to GPs and other clinicians across our region.
Clinical working groups are held, bringing together health professionals from hospitals to community clinicians and subject matter experts to agree on and develop the localised pathways.
Recently, over 35 new clinical and non-clinical pages have been completed, including acute adult, non-acute adult, eating disorders, older persons mental health and suicide prevention.
Our focus has been on completing these mental health and alcohol and other drug pathways, to reflect the new details of our recently commissioned primary mental health services. This supports GPs in being able to access this information easily and quickly for their patients. For information on new primary mental health service referral options in your area click here.
