Murray PHN Limited invites suitably skilled and interested people to nominate for one of four Non-Executive Director vacancies to serve on the company’s Board. These vacancies have come about through three Directors reaching the end of their appointed term, and one Director resignation. The current Directors are all eligible to nominate for the vacant positions.
Applicants should possess the ability to contribute to the Board’s collective skills and experience, which include the planning, management and governance of health services, legal and financial expertise and population health systems and planning. Selection of Directors is based on an assessment of their contribution towards the required mix of skills and experience which collectively the Board needs to possess. Further information on the skills matrix can be found here. Appointed Directors are paid a monthly stipend and appointments are generally for a 3-year term.
