RACGP - Introduction to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health cultural awareness online module
To provide better health care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, Murray PHN is supporting local general practice staff who are non-members of the RACGP, to complete the RACGP - Introduction to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health cultural awareness online module.
The six hour CPD accredited activity aims to help general practice staff in our region to: extend their knowledge about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history and culture, explore how attitudes and values can influence perceptions, assumptions and behaviours in a clinical setting, and discuss key ways the practice team can be more culturally aware.
People interested in taking up this opportunity can scan the QR code below or click here to complete the expression of interest form.
Please note this activity is available at no cost for RACGP members and enrolments should be made via RACGP - gplearning.
