This two-day cultural safety training - for alcohol and other drugs workers, mental health workers, housing workers, community and health workers, psychologists, social workers and general practice staff - aims to develop a skilled workforce who are better equipped to self-reflect on own practice, tailor engagement strategies, understand guiding principles for co-occurring mental health and drug and alcohol issues for Aboriginal people and to understand socio-emotional wellbeing and recovery frameworks.
