Basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and defibrillator use | Shepparton

A CPR certificate needs to be updated at least every three years to comply with practice
accreditation and RACGP QI & CPD requirements. Murray PHN is offering a two-hour
training course to be provided by Bronwyn McKenzie, Extend Health Education.
Note: participants must create a Unique Student Identifier (USI) prior to the event and bring it with them on the night.
Learning outcomes
- Implement the latest Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines in the execution of CPR
- Describe the principles of CPR
- Adequately assess the unconscious person and treatment that may be required.
