The Victorian Alcohol and Drug Association (VAADA) has been funded by Murray PHN to facilitate free workforce development opportunities in the Murray PHN region for AOD workers.

These workshops will focus on specific areas of exploitation within family and domestic violence (identified as a complex pattern of violent, abusive and exploitative behaviours, perpetrated over time) and are designed to aid AOD practitioners in their ongoing development under the MARAM Framework to identify, assess and respond to family violence.

There are six workshops that will run fortnightly, allowing a break between each topic that will be used as an opportunity to come together to reflect on the previous week’s learnings and practice examples.
