Murray PHN is providing $3 million to general practices in 2019 for new or additional services in our region.

This workshop will detail the opportunities for general practices and how to apply. It will also include an introduction to care coordination and business modelling for team-based clinics.

The workshop is aimed at the decision-makers in general practices across our region and because places are limited, practices are asked to have no more than two representatives attend.
