National Myeloma Day 2017: Striving for a personalised approach to this treatment

This year, an estimated 1800+ Australians will be diagnosed with myeloma - a cancer of plasma cells, the white blood cell that creates antibodies.
This event will:
- Present clinical research and developing treatments that are currently underway in myeloma.
- Share resources that are available to support and assist health professionals who are caring for patients living with myeloma and who are residing in the Hume region.
- Discuss potential referral pathways to existing support networks beyond Hume for patients/patient families diagnosed with myeloma.
