Presenter: Professor Gerard A. Kennedy (BBSc(Hons), Ph.D., Grad Dip Mntl Hlth Sci (Clin Hypn), MAPS). Professor Kennedy has developed expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders over 24 years of practice as a senior clinical psychologist in the Department(s) of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine at Austin Health and Monash Medical Centre. Professor Kennedy maintains a strong research program in sleep and circadian rhythms, and other areas of psychology and has published more than 200 research papers and given many presentations at conferences, to media and community organisations.
