This workshop will aim to cover various causes of retinal emergencies and describe their presentations and clinical signs. The focus will be on common retinal emergencies such as wet age related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and retinal detachments. Clinicians will be educated on these diseases and how discern between pathologies. Referral guidelines relating to the different pathologies will also be discussed.
