Murray PHN held forums in late June for general practice staff, residential aged care facilities and other aged care services or organisations that provide care to underserviced and hard-to-reach populations who need to access services through My Aged Care, to discuss new strategies relating to aged care both in and outside of residential aged care facilities, and next steps for this year’s funded General Practice Investment Strategy (GPIS).
