Murray PHN is pleased to launch the three-part Business Resilience Program; 'Insight, Learn, Develop', for general practices in our region.
The Program will help practices build on their business models and tackle practice specific issues with direct support from leading general practice business consultant Medical Business Services.
The first of three webinars is on 21 April and will focus on practice viability, looking at infrastructure, staff, planning, communication and service innovation. It will also share early insights from the COVID vaccination rollout.
