Health Voices Survey Results | October 2020

Murray PHN regularly speaks to local communities about the health issues that impact most on people’s lives. By identifying the health gaps and needs of our communities, we can work to address these issues and ensure that the primary health care system is as effective, efficient and equitable as possible for people living in the Murray PHN region.

Our Advisory Councils helped to collect a range of views on people's health needs during October 2020 to directly feed into our annual health planning.

What was revealed was a high need for mental health services, concerns about the health needs of an ageing population, long wait lists and access to specialist care, as well as the opportunity and challenges of receiving care through telehealth.
