The purpose of the Integrated Care Consultant - Commissioned Services role is to support system-wide perspectives and responses to improve health service coordination through the identification of system and service inefficiencies and effectiveness within the Goulburn Valley region of Murray PHN.
This position will play a key role in supporting the procurement and commissioning of health services across the Goulburn Valley region of Murray PHN. This position is responsible for the day-to-day engagement with, monitoring of and reporting upon the outcomes of commissioned services. The role will work within a Stakeholder management framework and will provide an important interface between the provider and Murray PHN.
