Office Administrator and Receptionist Bendigo |  This position provides a broad-range of administrative support and reception duties to Murray PHN’s corporate office.

Loddon Mallee eReferral Project Support Officer Bendigo |  The primary purpose of this role is to support the implementation of the eReferral Project, specifically as it relates to Murray PHN responsibilities.

Medical Board | Consultation

The Medical Board of Australia has set up an Expert Advisory Group and developed an interim report that proposes strengthened CPD and proactive identification and assessment of ‘at risk’ and poorly performing practitioners. The Board is seeking feedback. Consultation closes on 30 November 2016.

Asthma app

Based on the Health Professional Flipchart, the Asthma App provides access to: information, medication, devices, plans, videos, first aid and the Australian Asthma Handbook clinical guidelines. Patients can be referred via the patient education referral service for additional support directly from the app.

Drug and alcohol event | Shepparton

Primary Care Connect are hosting an information session on drugs and alcohol on Wednesday 19 October. The session is aimed at highlighting what support services are available in the region, and will include guest speakers from Victoria Police, the Australian Drug Foundation, the Therapeutic Justice Program and a member of the community who will discuss their experience of supporting a loved one through addiction. A panel discussion with all the speakers will conclude the session.
