After Hours | Funding Grants
Murray PHN invites applications for After Hours Funding Grants from suitable applicants able to undertake After Hours Primary Health Care projects. Applicants must also demonstrate a commitment and ability to work in collaboration with Murray PHN to seek improvements and/or innovation in quality, value, and outcomes in connection with After Hours services.

Preventative Health Matters

Preventive Health Matters, a web tool, was developed to improve the focus on population health and prevention in primary health care and connect staff across the PHNs and related organisations to information and resources that contribute towards achieving healthy communities. Preventive Health Matters membership is open to staff from organisations working with, or related to PHNs.

Minister for Health Jill Hennessy has launched the Victorian Women’s Health Atlas.  The interactive online resource provides sex-disaggregated data across a range of priority health issues for women.

Victorian immunisation rates

The National Health Performance Authority has released  Healthy Communities: Immunisation rates for children in 2014â€"15. The report has highlighted that 90.9% of all children aged 1, 2 and 5 years were fully immunised and 9.1% (84,571) were not fully immunised. The promotion of the VaxOnTime app to parents can help support them to meet the legislative requirement under the 'No Jab, No Plays' laws.
