Mental health Interdisciplinary Networks

The Mental Health Practitioners Network (MPHN) is a Commonwealth funded program which supports the coordination of local professional networks to improve service integration, referral pathways and CPD. The Networks support clinicians from a range of disciplines with an interest in Mental Health across both the public and private sectors. There is in excess of 300 networks established across Australia.
Murray PHN is partnering with the Mental Health Professionals Network (MHPN) to pilot the creation of two new professional networks. Murray PHN is one of only eight PHN's nationally who have partnered with MPHN, and the only PHN who is supporting both pilots.
Older Persons and Mental Health Interdisciplinary Network | Goulburn Valley

Interdisciplinary Health Practitioners Network | Location yet to be determined
Will focus on chronic and complex disease and support primary care practitioners who are managing patients living with multimorbid conditions.
